Kiev salad with chicken dumplings

Ingredients

medium boiled potatoes 3-4 pieces
boiled eggs 3 pieces
small pickled cucumbers 3-4 pieces
canned peas 1 small jar
salt taste
mayonnaise to taste
For dumplings
chicken breast fillet 200 grams
Wheat flour 1 tablespoon
milk 100 ml
salt to taste pinch
chicken protein 1 piece
additionally - chopped greens for serving 2-3 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Cut potatoes, eggs and cucumbers into small cubes, drain the water from the green peas.
  • Mix everything, add salt if necessary, season with mayonnaise.
  • Make minced meat from chicken fillet.
  • Mix flour with milk and pour into the minced chicken in a thin stream. Mix well.
  • Beat the protein and salt into a foam, add to the minced meat, mix.
  • In a wide saucepan, boil water and take a dumpling mass with a teaspoon dipped in water and put it in boiling water. Cook for 5-7 minutes after surfacing. Remove with a slotted spoon and cool.
  • Put the salad in a salad bowl with a slide, decorate with herbs and dumplings.
