Ingredients

carrots 500 gr.
Luke 250 gr.
heart (beef or chicken hearts) 500 gr.
mayonnaise 100 g
ground black pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the onion into half rings and dip in the marinade for an hour.
  • For the marinade:
  • 0.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 0.5 tbsp. vinegar 5%
  • 0.5 tbsp. water
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • Peel the carrots and grate for the Korean carrots.
  • Simmer in a frying pan with 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil until it becomes brighter in color and softer.
  • Boil the beef heart or chicken hearts (with chicken salad turns out to be more tender), cut into strips.
  • Combine carrots, heart, squeeze the onion from the marinade. Season with mayonnaise.

The dish is designed for

600-700 gr.

1 hour 30 minutes

Note

The tongue can be swallowed! - this is the only negative in the salad

I often make a similar salad.
I just put carrots and onions in a frying pan, cool them down. And I also add canned green peas and fresh herbs.

Irina, thanks for the salad recipe. She did it with a calf heart. I added a little less onion than in the recipe, but added green peas, as advised by LaraN. It turned out very tasty, it's a pity that it ends quickly.
