balsamic sauce 5 tbsp. l.
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • A vegetable salad where everything goes well. Roasted nuts and balsamic sauce so nicely set off the taste of vegetables.

  • Baked beetroot, pumpkin and celery salad We peel the beets, salt and pepper, sprinkle with olive oil and, wrapped in foil, put them in the oven for 40 minutes.

  • Fry a little nuts: sesame, pine nuts. If desired, you can add pumpkin seeds to them.
  • Baked beetroot, pumpkin and celery salad Remove the baked vegetables from the foil. Chop the beets and place them in a salad bowl or immediately place them in portioned plates.
