The dish is designed for

30 meatballs

Time for preparing:

25 + 15 + 20 minutes

National cuisine

Note

The recipe is taken from a Greek food blog, but it may not be entirely Greek either.

Since I did not chop the onion with dill in a blender, I had to steam the meatballs a little more so that the onion was fried.

Thanks for the recipe)
As for me, the onion is very coarsely chopped. I don't like boiled onions. It is better to grind it initially.

Tatiana, glad to share. In our family, they love onions, so they did not chop them, the only thing, of course, I had to hold a little longer in a frying pan under the lid and it did not crunch at all in the finished pancakes / meatballs, I don’t know what to call them correctly. We have pancakes, of course, but in Greece I did not find what they call them

And I kind of cut the onions finely (as usual in salads), just for frying, I usually do it 2 times larger. The photo is not very visible. Although it is still known by comparison, maybe someone knows how to make it even smaller

Thanks for the recipe! So this is my filling for pies (one to one!). Thanks for the idea - fry it separately.
