Potato and mushroom wreath with chives

Ingredients

Potatoes 800 g
Chives 3 tbsp. l.
Various forest mushrooms 200 g
Turnip onion 1 PC.
Chicken egg 1 PC.
Soft curd cheese 100 g
Milk or cream 100 ml
Sour cream 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the potatoes into very thin strips. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with vegetable oil.
  • Finely chop the chives.

  • Forest mushrooms - Polish porcini, forest oyster mushrooms and others we cut and fry with onions.

  • We mix everything, add soft cheese puree, eggs and milk.

  • Gently mix, put in a cake pan - we had a very old one, GDR.

  • We put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. After 20 minutes we reduce T to 180, after 15 minutes we reduce T to 150 degrees, leave it for another 15 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking, grease with sour cream on top.
  • We love all kinds of potatoes, everyone liked this one too!
