Cottage cheese pies with marmalade

Ingredients

Dough:
Cottage cheese 400 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Baking powder 1/3 tsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Butter (margarine) 120 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Marmalade 200 g
Nuts (optional, I did not put) 200 g

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough from the listed ingredients, wrap in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • For the filling, cut the marmalade into pieces, chop the nuts, mix. I only used marmalade.
  • Roll out the dough and cut circles with a glass. Put the filling on each circle, fold in half and pinch well so that the marmalade does not leak out when baking.
  • Cottage cheese pies with marmalade

Time for preparing:

30 minutes.

Cooking program:

Bake in an oven preheated to 180C

Note

Very tasty and crumbly biscuits with cottage cheese flavor.

I made 1/2 recipe, it turned out just on a baking sheet.

Ernimel , bagels are a separate topic! Here, a slightly different taste is obtained due to the prevalence of cottage cheese! I used jelly marmalade, there was simply no other at hand. Ideally, of course, sheet is better! And the most important thing is to pinch well !!!
