Lean chocolate muffins with buckwheat flour

Ingredients

Water (I have coffee) 250 ml.
Buckwheat flour 50 gr.
Wheat flour 130 gr.
Cocoa 25 gr.
Sugar 130 gr.
Honey 2 tbsp. l
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l
Vanillin on the tip of a knife
Soda 1 tsp without a slide

Cooking method

  • Mix both types of flour, cocoa, baking soda and vanillin, sift. Add sugar. Mix all liquid ingredients separately. Add dry mixture gradually, stirring gently. The dough should be thick. Divide into muffin tins, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes until a dry match

Very tasty muffins turned out, mega chocolate even with 25 grams. cocoa (the author has as much as 40 grams). Not dry, slightly similar in consistency to brownies. Buckwheat flour gives a very interesting flavor, but does not give off buckwheat.
