Ingredients

Potatoes 1 kg
mushroom caviar from honey agarics 1 jar 0.5l
home-salted rainbow trout fillet, lightly salted the more, the tastier, 0.45-0.5 kg

Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes (I am in Shtebka), take them out, let them cool and grind them on a coarse grater (do not add anything). We take our favorite molds and place grated potatoes in the form of plates in them.
  • We bake potato tartlets and fill them in the first case with salted fish, in the second version - caviar from honey agaric. All! The appetizer is ready to decorate a family dinner or your festive table! Bon Appetit everyone!
