Cooking method

  • Knead the dough from rye flour, water and salt like on dumplings. Let stand for at least 1 hour.
  • Then we roll it out thinly, give the shape of a circle with a diameter of 10-13 cm, put the steamed turnips cut into small pieces on one half,

  • Attention! If you have never cooked or tasted steamed turnips, then for the first time it is worth cooking a little. Very specific aroma and taste! Perhaps I have recently come across such a turnip, not the same one they ate in childhood - juicy and sweet!
