Since I cooked according to the recipe of a famous chef, I wanted to do everything exactly. But I still didn't put in mayonnaise - only low-fat sour cream, and then half the norm, a bit of mustard and lemon juice. But the zest, or rather the "garlic" of the recipe, I decided not to change: 50 grams were equal to 13 cloves. I didn't press, as ordered - I cut it finely. Yes, I always try to cut it: it seems to me that the taste is sharper through the garlic press. In general, the garlic for me still turned out to be a bit too much ... But I really respect him) It crunched a little, despite the fact that the filling boiled well. I was too lazy to remove the cores - this should have been done for a mild taste.
But what is most interesting: my children did not feel an excess of garlic, and I was already sure that they would not eat. Apparently, because a pile of garlic chopped from 13 cloves has not been seen)) In general, thanks again for the recipe that diversified our "chicken menu", I will cook unambiguously and with pleasure, but I will still put less garlic.
