Ingredients

DOUGH:
flour 2 glasses
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt pinch
vegetable oil refined 125ml
cold water 6 tbsp. l.
Filling:
apples 2 pcs.
sugar 100g.
cinnamon 1 box the spoon
flour 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Knead the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

  • 2. Prepare the filling: cut the apples but put flour, cinnamon and sugar before putting the filling on the dough.
  • 3. Divide the dough into two parts, large downward, smaller upward.
  • 4. Roll out on parchment, spread the filling on the dough, leaving a 2cm side

  • 5. Roll out the second part of the dough with a smaller diameter, also on parchment, so it is more convenient to transfer to the pie

  • 6. Raise the left side and close the cake, pierce it with a toothpick to release steam

  • 7. We bake at 180 degrees. 50 minutes

  • 8. Let the cake cool, cut it. The dough is crumbly tender. I love making this pie with Antonovka, but this time I baked it with ligol and it turned out delicious too ..

BlackHairedGirl! Thanks for the report. Judging by the photo, it seems that everything worked out, it was baked a little stronger, so the ovens are different, and there were left on the biscuits. I don’t have anything left, but when I have fresh Antonovka apples I do a double portion of dough ..
