Made the layout, turned it on, left. She returned to the smell in 15 minutes. I decided to turn it over, but the potato pancakes did not fall out of the cells. Disconnected and left for 10 minutes in a closed form AND WAY I did it. The potato pancakes softened, lost their crispy roastiness, but did not fall out of the cells, they knocked out (!) Each (!). And in order to somehow correct the situation, return the crispness, we had to turn each potato pancake and "dry it" a little by turning on Sasmushka for 5-7 minutes already in the open form. The pancakes are delicious, but I won't bake them this way anymore. These are the experiments I conducted tonight. Don't repeat my mistakes

Sorry for the delay in replies. He baked two options for manna. The first with cocoa and pine nuts and rust. butter (it turned out to be lean), the second just manna (with butter) and put freshly thawed lingonberries in a few pieces.

Standard recipe: 1 tbsp. kefir, 1 tbsp. semolina, 1 tbsp. flour, 2 eggs, salt, plums. butter (at least 100 gr.), vanillin if desired, baking powder about a teaspoon sugar (in the recipe a glass, but I put less). Mix and let the semolina brew for at least half an hour. The dough should be like a pancake. They rise well and are lush.

The cells were lubricated with vegetable oil, they are removed quite well. Baked cold for about 7-8 minutes.
