Very tasty buns are obtained. I cook for the third day in a row. Probably I will do it tomorrow. Very delicate, melting in the mouth.
I do not recommend making them larger. They keep their shape worse and take longer to cook. Although it's the master's business. Recommend.

Helena, wonderful pies turned out. I'm glad I liked the result. Water, probably, you could add another 10 grams. Not scary. the flour is different for everyone, and even from the same flour, the dough does not always come out the same. Everything depends on humidity.
