Today I quickly bungled a lemon manna. From gag: instead of fresh zest - dry, ground into powder and one and a half boiled carrots, left over from the afternoon snack (such an oak, simple tin! An hour and a half of cooking, but it almost crunched).
Cut into small pieces, add a spoonful of sugar, vanillin, 1/2 tsp. zest powder, 30 ml limoncello and in micra for flavor comparison. I cooled it down and into the dough. Mannik turned out - just lovely! Fragrant, beautiful, delicious.
