But I make coffee in it easier than you. I use instant coffee - for a large mug - 1h. l. coffee, 1h. l. brown sugar, 1/3 cup 10% cream, 1/3 cup milk and add water to a whole cup and add this mixture to the chocolate bowl. It also turns out excellent cappuccino. Just as the instructions say, I do it - when pouring into a cup, you need to turn on the whipping button and the whole coffee is poured into the cup with foam. the beauty
Mulled wine has been postponed for the weekend, especially since the seasonings for it have long been bought - such a specially selected mixture in bags.

Today my family and I tried mulled wine prepared by a chocolate maker. All according to the recipe from the Kenwood website:
* 1 bottle (750 ml capacity) red wine
* 4 tbsp. l. brandy
* 50 g brown sugar
* 1 package of Santa Maria mulled wine spices (I had bags for each mug from another company - I put 3 bags for the number of people)
* Juice of one medium orange
1. Pour wine into a bowl. Add all the other ingredients there. Move the power button to position 1 and set the timer for 8 cups.
2. After turning off the timer (you will hear a beep), turn off the device by moving the power button to position 0, put one orange slice in each glass and pour the wine, passing it (if desired) through a mesh filter.
Everything turned out great! The husband, after drinking the drink, said that the device fully justified its purpose and receives a solid credit and approvals and registration in our kitchen.

Interesting. With this recipe, I got a rather thick drink, but of course there may be different concepts of density for different people. The only thing I can assume a little in this situation is that I was comparing the compositions ready for hot chocolate and noticed that the Italians probably love very thick hot chocolate, since their mixture also includes corn starch. And for some reason I don't feel like starch - I just had enough of the density that came from the cream and the chocolate itself.
Maybe someone else will publish what assumptions or observations.

90 grams of sugar (better than powdered sugar, and less, otherwise it turned out very sweet)
22 grams of butter (just such a piece broke off)
25 grams of cocoa powder
vanilla sugar 5-7 gr
for reinsurance, I poured about 70 ml of milk 3.2% (I think you can do without)

I set the mode for 4 cups, but in principle you can put 2

it turned out to be a thick, rich, just amazing drink! true, it pours in a thin stream
but sour cream is not felt at all !!!!
I think you can still add whipped cream to the cup, from a spray bottle (well, I don't have them now, it's too late to run to the store)

Today I made a custard for the Napoleon cake in Shokoladnitsa according to the following recipe:
2 packs of 20% cream, 200 ml each and 1 glass of sugar mixed and heated in Shokoladnitsa with the stirrer constantly on (the timer was set for the number of cups that turned out according to the mark on the bowl).
In a separate bowl I mixed 1.5 tbsp. tablespoons of flour and 1.5 tbsp. spoons of starch and a bag of vanilla sugar.Into this mixture I gradually mixed (so that there were no lumps) another packet of cream.
And then, adding the timer on Shokoladnitsa for another 2 cups and without turning off the mixer, she poured the creamy flour mixture into the Shokoladnitsa glass in a thin stream to the creamy sugar mixture and left it there until the timer on Shokoladnitsa went off.
Everything, the cream is brewed well.
Cool the mass and stir in a pack of butter and layer "Napoleon"
