Here is:

New Year's snack in "Pigs" tartlets

Ingredients:

Tartlets - 7 pcs.
Processed cheese - 90 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove
Mayonnaise - 40 g
Tomato - 1 pc.
Salami sausage - 80 g
Olives - 1 pc.
Greens, salt, hot pepper - to taste

It is recommended to use a very thin cut salami type sausage. Flexible sausage slices do not break and, thanks to the fat, are securely held, no skewers or other additional fasteners are needed.

1. Hard-boiled and chilled eggs, as well as processed cheese with three thin shavings. Add salt, pepper, mayonnaise, chopped garlic. We mix.

2. Cut out circles-caps from the tomato, circles-noses, strips-tails from salami, fold some of the sausage plates into triangles for the ears. Finely chop the olives (eyes).

3. Roll out balls of the same size from the cheese mass and place in tartlets.

I did half of the norm, that is, 100 g self-rising flour,
as well as 3 quail eggs and, accordingly, 150 ml of lukewarm water
(and all other ingredients are prescription).

But I also made a "gag": poured about 1 tbsp directly into the dough. tablespoons of olive oil,
carefully mixing it into the dough (it was too lazy to grease).
I also experimented with the "volume" of how much to put in each cell.

I signed up with asnya911, she recommended, based on her experience,
half of the "cup" of the cell to fill (this is about 2 tbsp. spoons turns out).

1st batch - 2 tbsp. spoons,
2nd batch - 1 tbsp. spoons (they turned out to be small, low (and without a decorated rim), but they flew well with caviar).
I also tried one and a half tbsp. spoons ...

We didn't manage to leave anything in the container overnight, everything was eaten (with pleasure).
And now ... "slides will go" ...
