Lean cabbage soup "Uspenskie" (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)

Ingredients

Sauerkraut 250 grams
(Or fresh cabbage + pickled cucumber) (450 grams + 1 pc.)
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Root celery quarter root
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pcs.
Fresh tomato 1 PC
(Or tomatoes in their own juice) (2-3 pcs.)
Canned green peas 1 small jar
Salt taste
Freshly ground black pepper
Vegetable oil For frying
Bay leaf
Any greens To serve

Cooking method

  • Shchi Uspenskie lean (multicooker-pressure cooker Brand 6051)Prepare all ingredients. Peel and wash the vegetables. Squeeze the cabbage.
