Note

Very tender SOFT and fluffy buckwheat, well suited both as a side dish and for breakfast.
I like to mix it with fresh cucumbers, cut into thin strips.

Oksana, is there not enough water? I have three different multicooker in the attached ratio of buckwheat: water - 1: 2. But even this volume of water is not enough for me, I add half of the multi-stick. The only exception is for a pressure cooker, where the ratio is 1: 1.5, But there porridge is cooked under pressure for only 10 minutes.

Kara,
Irina,
In MANUAL mode,
at 90 ℃, the cereal does not boil, but is steamed, as in a thermos,
(I did 1: 2 is more watery)
1: 1.75 is better, grain retains its shape when kept soft.
When I cook on the Porridge mode, 25 minutes, then yes, I like the 1: 3 ratio more, but there is a boil on the Porridge
