Ingredients

Peas yellow, halved 160 ml
Water 480 ml
Chicken hearts 200-250 g
Onion 0.5 pcs
Carrot 0.5 pcs
Bay leaf 1 small
Black pepper, peas 4 things
Garlic 1 clove
Salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1 glass = 160 ml.
  • PRELIMINARY PREPARATION.
  • Rinse 1 cup dry yellow peas well in halves, put in a bowl, scald with about 1 liter of boiling water, rinse well again and let the water drain.
  • Remove all visible fat from chicken hearts, wash them, cut into pieces the size of a pea.
  • Put in a bowl and scald with boiling water, then rinse well with cold water to remove all excess blood.
  • Peel, wash and chop the vegetables.
  • Put the food in the multicooker bowl, pour in 3 glasses of water.
  • Select the mode of porridge,
  • Select time 2 hours.
  • While the soup is boiling, make a dressing of garlic, rubbed with salt.
  • Stir the finished soup, add the dressing, bay leaf and black pepper.
  • Let it brew in the turned off multicooker while we put it on the table.

Note

You do not need to soak the peas, otherwise it will become tough and will not boil down to the state of puree.
