Stuffed cabbage rolls with pork and adjika in the Stadler Form multicooker

Ingredients

pig 200 gr.
chicken fillet 100 g
bulb onions 50 gr.
carrot 50 gr.
long grain rice 100 g
cabbage leaves (young) 500 gr. (about 12 pcs.)
salt taste
adjika 3 tbsp. l.
spice taste
vegetable broth (water) about 1 l.
garlic 1 tooth.

Cooking method

  • We pass the pig and chicken meat through a meat grinder, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic, peel the carrots, three on a coarse grater, wash the rice thoroughly, knead everything thoroughly, add salt and spices to taste.
  • Dip the cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes, cut out the coarse parts.
  • Put the minced meat on each leaf, wrap the leaves loosely and put them in a multicooker bowl, fill them with salted boiling broth or water so that the cabbage rolls are only slightly covered, put them in the multicooker on the "Baking" program for 1 hour.
  • After 45 minutes, open the multicooker, add adjika, diluted 3-4 tbsp. l. broth from cabbage rolls and leave the cabbage rolls until the end of the program.
  • At a signal, we take out delicious cabbage rolls and eat with pleasure.
