Ingredients

young squash 1 PC
eggplant 1 PC
a tomato 2-3 pcs
Champignon 3 pcs
Sweet pepper 1 PC
cheese 200 g
sour cream 10% 50
eggs 3 pcs
milk 100-150 ml
green onions 20-30 gr
herbs, salt, pepper and your favorite seasonings taste
garlic 1-2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Wash the vegetables thoroughly, dry and cut into rings about 0.5 cm thick.
  • Cut the cheese into slices to suit the size of the vegetables.
  • Salt the zucchini and eggplants and leave for a few minutes to let the juice start. And so that bitterness leaves the eggplant. Then rinse them with water.
  • Put all the mugs in a heat-resistant dish (I have a diameter of 27 cm) in the order you like. From above everything is beautifully greased with sour cream.
  • To pour, beat eggs with milk, add herbs, garlic, onion and seasonings. Season vegetables with salt and pour this mixture.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake until tender for 40 to 60 minutes.
