Cheese cakes with filling

Ingredients

For the test
kefir (yogurt) 1 tbsp.
hard cheese 100 g
wheat flour 2 tbsp.
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 0.5 tsp
soda 0.5 tsp
For filling
cut greens (to your taste) 0.5 tbsp.
smoked brisket (ham, sausage) 200 gr.
hard cheese 50 gr.
tomato, bell pepper, onion to taste and desire
vegetable oil for frying 100 g

Cooking method

  • Rub the cheese on a coarse grater. We mix kefir with salt, soda and sugar, add cheese, then flour and knead the soft dough, which is slightly sticking to the hands (I knead in a food processor, at this time I prepare the filling myself).
  • Divide the dough into four parts.
  • Roll out each part on a floured surface into a thin cake, spread the filling in the middle. Then we wrap the edges of the cake loosely to the center, closing the filling and roll it back into the layer (I get it with a diameter almost the size of a pan).
  • For the filling, mix the greens (I have a lot of dill, a little basil and parsley) with chopped brisket, add grated cheese on a coarse grater here.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, fry the cakes over medium heat (don't cover with a lid) on both sides until golden brown.
  • You can choose the filling in flat cakes to your liking.
  • I have three cakes with sausage-cheese-greens, one with pieces of bell pepper and tomato.
