Air Donuts

Ingredients

- fresh yeast 25 timing
- sugar 4 tbsp. l.
- warm milk 200 ml
- salt 1/2 tsp
- eggs 3 pcs.
- butter 50 timing
- flour 2.5-3 cups
- grated lemon zest, cognac optional
- vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix warm milk, sugar and yeast. We give time to think.
  • 2. Mix eggs + melted butter + flour + salt + lemon peel. Add the yeast mixture.
  • 3. Knead thoroughly. If necessary, add a couple of tablespoons of flour. Hands lubricate grows. butter and knead well. Let stand in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • 4. Tear off a part of the dough, knead and roll out on the table (sprinkle with flour or grease with vegetable oil), thickness is approximately 1-1.5 cm. Cut out with a glass or glass.   • 5. Fry in well-heated vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until browned.
  • 6. Lay on parchment paper or napkin. Fill with a syringe with jam, boiled condensed milk. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
