Potato pancakes with cheese

Ingredients

young potatoes 1 kg.
bulb onions 70-100 gr.
chicken egg 2 pcs.
hard cheese 70-100 gr.
garlic 1-2 teeth.
flour 2-4 st. l.
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • How I cook to speed up the process: potatoes and onion-garlic, I clean and rub everything on a medium grater of a Boshik combine, then add salt, eggs and flour until thick, mix everything well and fry in boiling oil until golden brown. The entire process from peeling vegetables to finishing cooking takes less than an hour.
  • What to do if there is no harvester. We peel the potatoes, three on a fine grater, on the same or on a coarse grater we rub the cheese, chop the onion and garlic on a grater or finely chop it, add salt, eggs, flour. Mix everything well and fry in boiling oil.
  • Bon Appetit!
