Tear-off apple pie (and not only)

Ingredients

For the test
pressed yeast 15 gr.
egg 1 PC.
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
butter 50 gr.
wheat flour 370 g
milk (cream) 150 ml
For filling
medium-sized apples 3 pcs.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
cocoa powder 1-2 tbsp. l.
cinnamon 1 tbsp. l.
any other filling at will

Cooking method

  • We dilute the yeast in warm milk, after 10 minutes add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough - it should gather into a bun and almost not stick to your hands (add flour if necessary). We leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes, prepare the filling ourselves.
  • For the filling, the apples must be washed, cored and cut into wedges. Roll each wedge in a mixture of sugar with cocoa and cinnamon, or just sugar or sugar with cinnamon.
  • Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 0.5 - 0.7 cm. Cut out the circles and spread an apple slice on each. We pinch each apple slice in a circle of dough, as if we are sculpting dumplings, lay out in a circle in a form greased with vegetable oil (I have a form with a diameter of 26 cm, the dough can be laid out denser by taking all the empty spaces in the form or laid out in the form of a flower - I will show below, but the dough all the same, it always remains - we need a bigger form, well, or at the same time we make rolls, pies, or whatever your heart desires, or you can cook two pies at once).
  • Leave the cake to rise for 15-20 minutes in a warm place, if desired, sprinkle with sugar, a mixture of sugar with cinnamon or poppy seeds (we really love sprinkling cinnamon + cocoa + sugar and bake until dark caramel) and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200C 20- 25 minutes until golden brown. You can sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar and start breaking off the fragrant pieces.

Jeanne, thanks to the plum, we are somehow not very good, and there are no them now, but an apple, a pear, a peach-apricot, yes

An interesting, seemingly simple and fairly cheap (I just have it all! Even the apples are in the basement since last year!) Recipe for the pie. Perhaps. I'll go cook! unsubscribe what happens!

Tear-off apple pie (and not only)
Wonderful turned out!
True, I poured flour (I have it "General Purpose"). The dough is excellent, elastic. I "rolled it out" directly with my hands. The filling was made - a slice of apple, a slice of plum, sprinkled with sugar. I smeared it with an egg on top and sprinkled it with sugar and cinnamon (so it came out a little tanned). Thank you! Interesting molding, though each one broke off a pie and crackle!

And there was also the dough and the filling (I cut and mixed the apples and the smaller plums) and stuck the usual small pies. came out 14 pieces.

And this is a crack in the pie (I broke it hot).

V-tina, Tina, and I am with your pies again! Well, I couldn't resist baking it again today! Yesterday mine cracked with apples and said that actually I would like with cabbage! I "muddied" in the morning. And since time was running out, I thought for a long time which dough to put and settled on yours. All the ingredients are there (and what do they need there?), While having breakfast, the dough has already risen 2 times, I sketched the balls (it turned out 20 pies), chopped cabbage, fried, cut eggs, stuffed the pies in the oven. The pies soooo went up that they became PIES !! Stunned!
True, I again had to add flour (gr 50 and 55), but apparently this is my flour.
Such a fast, gorgeous dough, does not stick to hands, does not dust flour on the board, rolls it out with your hands (even a rolling pin is not needed). Just a delight! I bake pies almost every day (different), I have tried many recipes from the site, many excellent ones, but in terms of speed, versatility, cheapness and ease, YOURS is still the LEADER!
Thanks again!

Tina, I'm reporting! Everything worked out and was eaten very quickly! I "made fun of" the recipe without permission: instead of sour cream and milk - kefir, instead of butter - corn, the dough turned out to be wonderful, soft, plastic. I did not use a rolling pin, I always choose - lazy - options, everything turned out wonderfully with pens. Thanks for the idea of the filling, I myself would never have guessed to roll apples in cocoa. Only in the mixture did I add more starch to absorb the excess liquid. Then, with the remnants of the apple sprinkling, bake a bake!
Now about the comparison. I liked the dough from childish joy more, it is so rich - rich! Just for buns and buns. I got this drier, I would have put a sausage in there! Thanks for a very easy and affordable recipe!

S * lena, Helen, I am very glad that you liked this recipe too

well it doesn't matter the main thing is that you feel comfortable

It's drier I got it,
so you wouldn’t sprinkle the starch, the dough would be wetter, but in general, yes, the dough is in children's joy, in comparison with this, more rich .. but all the charm is in the variety

V-tina, Tina, I added starch to cocoa and cinnamon for sprinkling apples, not to dough. Do you think it could have done that?
Most likely I overdid it with flour, I had to add a little. And I also bake from 1st grade flour, not towers, but still wonderful pies.

not in the dough. Do you think it could have done that?
I realized that starch was not in the dough, it just kept moisture in the apples and did not let the juice soak into the dough
