Apple Raisin Pie (no butter and no eggs)

Ingredients

Apples 3 pcs. (550g.)
Sugar* 150g.
Cinnamon 1 \ 2h. l.
Wheat flour 300g.
Powdered milk 60g.
Baking powder 1.5h l.
Raisins 100g.
Milk 300g.
Vanillin 1 \ 4h l.
Lemon acid pinch

Cooking method

  • Peel and core the apples. Cut into small cubes, cover with sugar, cinnamon, citric acid and simmer until soft over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Cool down. Pour in milk, stir.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, milk powder, vanilla, raisins.
  • Combine the two mixtures and stir with a spoon.
  • Put in a mold (I have a metal ** d24cm), oiled.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C until golden brown. The exact time depends on your oven. Due to the fact that the cake is wet, there should be a lot of time. I have 80 minutes.
  • Leave the cake in the pan for 10 minutes. Then turn onto a plate.
  • Delicious, wet pie !!! Half of them were immediately persuaded !!!
  • * Sugar can be reduced to 100g.
  • ** I do not recommend baking in a silicone mold.
