Zebra Pie Lazy

Zebra pie is lazy

Ingredients

Eggs 5 pieces
Sugar 2 glasses
Margarine (you can of course butter or spread) 100 g
Sour cream (the fatter the tastier) 1 glass
Flour 2 glasses
Soda 1 tsp
Cocoa 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • I do it in a combine. Beat eggs with sugar, whisking, add sour cream, melted margarine, flour and baking soda. Then pour everything into a greased mold (I have an OURSSON MP5005PSD MULTIPLE PRESSURE COOKER).
  • But then my zebra got lazy. Since dividing the dough into two parts was too lazy and there was no time, I poured the put cocoa onto the dough and mixed it roughly with a wooden stick (from sushi or a skewer) to form stains, but the cocoa did not dissolve inside the dough. The top was showered with hazelnuts, the Baking mode without pressure. Default time.

Note

The result exceeded expectations! Delicious, fast and beautiful! Sprinkle with broken chocolate next time.

And she's not even lazy at all, your "Zebra", Irinka! And, very tricky! Look, what a cool coloring I have cut off for myself!
Only, slightly greedy: she held so many eggs in herself ..
Irish, what do you think, if their number is slightly reduced, it will become "the wrong style"? And if, after all, it is possible, then what would replace them with? maybe for condensed milk?
