Ingredients

Raw yeast 50 grams
sugar 1 tbsp.
margarine (butter) 150 grams
kefir 0.5 l.
soda 1 tsp
vanillin 1 pack.
salt pinch
egg 2 pcs.
milk (water) 0.5 tbsp.
wheat flour OK. 1.2 kg.

Cooking method

  • Dough preparation:
  • Dissolve yeast in milk or water, add 3 tbsp. l. sugar and stir. Leave on for 30 minutes. for proofing.
  • Then combine kefir and soda, stirring until high foam is formed.
  • Pour this mixture into the dough and stir. Add 1 egg.
  • Melt the margarine.
  • Add vanilla, salt and the rest of sugar and pour into the dough and stir.
  • Add flour gradually and mix so that it does not stick to your hands.
  • Form a lump of dough and leave to rise for 1.5 hours in a warm place.
  • Roll balls from this dough and put on the table (I get 30-35 pieces), cover with a napkin. Let it fit for 20-30 minutes. Form pies and place on a baking sheet. Let it fit for about 15 minutes, brush with an egg and into the oven. Pleasant))))
  • Fillings:
  • 1.cottage cheese + egg + sugar + vanilla
  • 2. stewed cabbage
  • 3.poppy filling
  • 4.boiled meat + fried onions
  • 5. jam

2. Pies with poppy seeds. Roll out a cake from a lump of dough and squeeze out with a glass smaller in diameter than the dough cake. As a result, you will get a circle and a "donut" of dough. Put the filling on the circle, make an eight out of the "donut" and fold it in half and put it on the filling. That's all.
