Ingredients

Any fish carcass, gutted and decapitated 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil for lubrication
Food foil
Dill (fresh or frozen or even dried) (option)
Salt taste

Cooking method

Every mother suffers when she gives her child a fish. If you cook with a good carcass, then how to keep track of the bones? No matter how hard you try, you will definitely miss it. You have to make fillets, digging in the fish and losing precious meat on the bones. Well, at the very worst, buy a fillet in which someone has already dug.

This cooking method came to my mind thanks to our dear Arka's Carp recipe. More precisely, her grandmother. May God grant her long years and health. Both.
Polissya carp from Arkina's grandmother (multicooker Redmond RMC M4502) (Arka)



But according to her recipe, the fish is rather dry. And for children, the tenderness of the meat is also important.

Trying and practicing on husband cats, I have reached the intermediate stage. And the fish is soft, and the bones are soft, and there is tenderness in the meat. And nothing is digested. I highly recommend this cooking method to you for many reasons:

1. You can take absolutely any fish. The only thing to do is defrost, gut, wash, decapitate and cut the fins. Yes, clean the scales if necessary. The most useful blue whiting, navaga, pollock, cod, carp, crucian carp ... any! There is no need to buy expensive but less useful varieties. But at the same time, the fish will be tender and not watery. Without the slightest risk of getting a bone in your throat.

2. Minimum spending of your time. Prepares from evening to morning. In the evening we set it up - in the morning a ready fish.

3. Fish meat is ideal just as food, in puddings (I will give the recipe later!), In soups, in salads.

4. The method of preparation preserves all the nutrients in the fish.

5. That's what you can't do without, it's a slow cooker. Perhaps you can cook in a double boiler, but I don't have one, so I won't tell you.
So, in the evening, the fish is cooked. Cleaned and washed. This is about 200-300 grams. Two smaller ones or one large one. Not important. Divide in half or in three parts.
Take a piece of foil and grease it with vegetable oil. To prevent the fish from sticking to the foil.
Put the fish in foil, salt and sprinkle with dill.
If someone doesn't like dill, then ignore it. But I advise you to try. It will give a very pleasant taste, but will not dominate.
We turn off without fanaticism. We just collect the edges towards the top.
We collect a steamer in a multicooker. Pour a little less than a glass of water into the bottom of the pan. No more.

We put the fish on the double boiler. We close. STEAM program (if pressure cooker, then pressure 3). Time 2 hours. They went to sleep.
In the morning you get a wonderful tender fish. All bones are bleached. The meat is soft and tender. A child is not afraid to choose this.
Very dietary and low calorie breakfast!

Didn't you eat everything? No problem. Together with the foil, they smelled only, on a plate and in the refrigerator. Keeps perfectly.

About the multicooker. I cook in Oursson. But it doesn't matter. The function of the pressure cooker is also not important. It is important to cook over water and in foil. It is important that the fish spend the night in the cartoon. Adjust the time to your technique starting at 1.5 hours. If your vending machines turn on the heating, then an hour will be enough. If the bones are not melted, then add 30 minutes.

also 2 hours. then you will understand how much is needed for your technique. If the time is reduced, then by no more than 30 minutes. otherwise the bones will not soften.

Not only pork, but also beef - and not elite varieties - is great to cook like this. I usually always take a beef shank. Very budget meat. I put on 2 hours and then it comes to the morning in the heat of the multi. And another secret:

How many times have my children choked, and the most ardent fan of fish is my mother! More than once I used scissors or hands to knock out bones from her tonsils.
