Chebureks are delicious

Ingredients

Dough:
wheat flour 4 stacks
sunflower oil 1 tbsp. l.
water 1 + 1/3 st.
egg 1 PC.
vodka 1 tbsp. l.
salt taste
Filling:
minced pork and beef + onion + water + salt

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • Bring water to a boil, add sunflower oil and salt. Immediately brew 0.5 tbsp in it. flour.
  • Cool and add egg, vodka and remaining flour. Mix everything well.
  • Put in a saucepan and let stand for a couple of hours (I usually make the dough a day before cooking pasties).
  • Roll out, cut a circle with a plate, lay out the minced meat and pinch figuratively.
  • Fry in a lot of oil.
  • Enjoy it !!!!!!!
