Chebureks with red beans

Ingredients

dumplings dough
Filling
red beans 1 glass
carrot 2 pieces
onion 1-2 pieces
salt, black pepper
vegetable oil
corn oil for frying pasties

Cooking method

  • Soak the beans overnight. In the morning, peel the beans (you can not peel them, I just like it better), cook until tender. Grate the carrots, chop the onion and fry with salt and pepper in oil. Purée the finished beans and add to the fried vegetables.
  • Make cakes from the dough for pasties (I make a sausage from the dough, cut into identical pieces and roll them out), put the filling, pinch the edges. Fry the finished pasties over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
  • I fry in corn oil, so there are no splashes of sunflower, then everything is clean around.
