Cooking method

  • Fry potato pancakes in boiling oil.
  • Add salt, pepper, chopped garlic to the minced meat.
  • In a deep frying pan, put the potato pancakes alternately, a layer of minced meat on top, pancakes again and so on, until the pancakes and minced meat run out. We put the pan in a hot oven (180-200C) for 20-25 minutes.
