Cooking method

  • I poured water into the bowl so as to cover the bottom (since the lower heating element will work, the bottom of the bowl is completely covered with water so as not to overheat the bowl in places - it's just written in the recipe book to pour 80-100 ml, but this way the bottom of the bowl does not close evenly, due to a slight deflection of the bottom).
  • I put the chip cup on the heating element, fixing it so that it does not rotate. I poured wood chips into a cup (though, I'll make a reservation right away, I overdid it with chips - needs everything 1 st. l. - the chips were alder).

  • I installed the grill. I laid two shins on her

Note

The shins are juicy and tender. True, with an excessive smoky smell and taste. Next time, I will reduce the amount of chips (as I wrote above, you only need 1 tbsp. L. Chips).
