Milk soup with dumplings

Ingredients

milk 2 p.
flour 1 tbsp.
egg 2 pcs.
butter (in dough) 1 tsp
salt, sugar, oil, plums. (for refueling) taste

Cooking method

  • We boil a glass of milk, add butter, flour and, stirring, keep on low heat for 4-5 minutes (I get 2 minutes maximum). Remove from heat, cool slightly, add eggs, mix well.
  • In boiling milk (at this stage I add salt and sugar, according to the original recipe they are added at the end) put a teaspoon of dumplings, dipping it into boiling milk - this way the dumplings better move away from the spoon and cook until they float to the surface.
  • Season the soup to taste with salt and sugar, butter.
  • Bon Appetit!

Very tasty soup, but if the family is small - it is better to cook half a portion, just boiled - tastier!
