Yerma Is a fried meat soup with crushed wheat. In the Uzbek language, there are even different names for wheat grain and wheat groats. Yerma is crushed wheat. I replaced the crushed wheat with ready-made cereals from it - bulgur. If you change the ratio of foods in the soup, those. cut the water in half, and double the oil, then you can get a full-fledged tasty porridge from the soup. This porridge will be called yerma butka... This soup is served with katyk, sour cream, yogurt. But they do not put it on a plate and do not mix it, but take it with a separate spoon and eat it with a bite, so to speak.
