DeLonghi FH1394 multi-oven puff pies (cousin)

Ingredients

Teslo puff or filo I have 2 sheets as needed
Adyghe cheese (feta cheese, cottage cheese) on demand I have 200 g
Dill as needed I have branches 4
Sun-dried tomatoes 5-6 halves as required

Cooking method

  • These pies are very easy, quick and tasty to make. Filo really tastes better if you make them tiny, with a couple of bites, they will only benefit from this.
  • Prepare the filling: grind the cheese with a fork, add dill and sun-dried tomatoes there.
  • We cut the dough into long strips, put the filling on the edge of the strip and fold it onto a corner, making several turns and thus several layers (the principle of Arab pies)
  • Bake until cooked for 15 minutes, Oven mode, level 3.

Time for preparing:
