Note

The carrion was used. I had mostly White filling. Any can. "Harvest" of yesterday for 2 cycles 4 cans of 0.7 liters and 2 cans of 0.5 liters. The remainder is 250 ml. Therefore, in the second case, the output of the finished product turned out to be much higher.

Thanks, I have to do it. Only the phrase "rub through a sieve" is always "frightening", I do not like to do it. I think I can grind it with a blender?

If, when preparing apples, seed boxes and skins will be removed, then why not. When peeling apples, so that they do not darken, put the pieces in salted water. Rinse with clean water before placing in the MB.

Zhenya, thank you for the recipe. Today I made a puree for the cake. It turned out very quickly. I don't like to wipe through a sieve either. Rubbed it through a colander. It's much faster! I added lemon sugar a couple of tablespoons (a sour taste was needed), so the zest is visible.

I am very glad that the recipe came in handy. And even such an awesome photo! I don't like to wipe it either, but it came out faster and better through a sieve than through a colander.

I add a little more cinnamon and ginger. Who loves.

Additives to taste are welcome. But, in my opinion, they should be added before use: you never know for what purpose mashed potatoes are used.

Thank you very much for the recipe! I did not even expect that there would be such a thick and tasty puree, rather even jam. I took a picture to show what happened. Without a multicooker, of course, such a result is difficult to achieve.

I am very pleased that I liked it. It remains to expand the scope of it. Yesterday I baked a wonderful roll with cottage cheese and applesauce. There is a recipe on the forum, I changed it a little. The loaf was almost 1kg. Satisfied to the screeching of a pig.

I also found the use of applesauce, this is the Krasnodar sauce, in which apple and tomato puree and spices are used in approximately equal proportions.
