Maybe it was my mistake, it was necessary to keep it heated longer.
As a result, the product did not rise any more, it was baked in 65 minutes and stopped at the number 6 in the multi.
Honestly new, I expected that it would be higher ... but it seems that somewhere I have not grown together.
Next time, I will keep it on the heat for longer .... the dough was like homemade sour cream in consistency.
