I baked the version that was on kefir, only instead of kefir I took homemade yogurt and diluted it with whey, the dough turned out amazing, I kneaded the bread maker, I didn't have to help her, I did an excellent job. One proofing in a bread machine, then another hour in a slow cooker, baked for 50 minutes, stood on the heating for 10 minutes, then I turned the "woman" over and for another 15 minutes browned on the other side. I pumped the impregnation with a syringe, probably overdid it in some places - in two places the "woman" burst, but this did not affect the taste.

In general, the recipe is just right for a 2.4 liter form. probably. My mold is larger (3.5 liters), so there is an edge of about 2 cm.
I did it with real rum (54%) - for me it is too strong even for the smell, but for my better half - quite :-) But I liked baking too. I added a handful of raisins soaked in rum for a couple of hours, it turned out to be very appropriate. Next time I will even make more syrup so that it is a little wetter. And then the grandmother drank everything and did not even choke.
