About what can / cannot reverse, sazalexter I wrote an explanation for this particular detail:

Having worked out 8 years, after a huge load, HP SD-255 broke down, collapsed bucket drive ADE97A107
Panasonic Bread Makers Problems and Breakdowns
ordered, I'm waiting for delivery. By the way, the same plastic knot about which they talk has recently been sold, forgetting to say that the design of the knot has not changed at least since the SD-200, and this is somewhere since the end of the 80s. Again the knot is specially made of carbolite plastic, it plays the role of a “intended break” knot, must break when overloaded.

I think if do not overload HP too tight dough, then the stove will work for a long time with a bronze part.
Giraffe
Natalia, Thanks for the link. Too tight dough was not overloaded. Somehow I don't do that. Very rarely, and then, in this case, I bring it to condition on the table.
Waist
Tatyana, In principle, it can and will be fine. In any case, the stove does not matter what material the part is of. The foreseen scrapping, as I understand it, is intended for cases of overload so that the motor does not burn.
Giraffe
I called my husband, told everything, was determined to try to do it. Anyway, today, at least, we won't get to the service center. They have such a work schedule ... Like all normal organizations. That is, you have to leave work earlier in order to get to them. And it's on the edge of town. I don’t understand who came up with that. I already wrote a review to them about this. And the only service center for Panasonic and some other companies is located in a converted apartment in cramped conditions .... In general, everything is for people.
Anchic
Giraffe, Tatyana, I took the watch to the warranty workshop somehow. I asked for time off from work so that I could get to the opposite end of Moscow before they closed. Their working day ended with everyone else.
Giraffe
The watch workshop works normally and even seven days a week. On computers and the like too. But this one ...
sazalexter
Giraffe, Tatyana, Can't you buy it on the Internet? Search by No. ADE97A107. The knot could break if the blade is jammed or too tightly rotating in the bucket, check.
Vasic
I redesigned this unit myself, using only the shaft from the broken drive. Instead of a sleeve, I put bearings, ordered on Ali express. Bearings must be taken with a flange 8 * 16 * 5 * 1.1

And in previous posts, the creaking of the drive was discussed, this happens when the bushing is worn out and the pulley is skewed because of this. If not repaired, then in the future the belt will slide off the pulley and shuffle along the bottom.
Giraffe
My husband carved it that very day. Still alright. Just in case, I began to make the batch softer.

This is exactly the story, after 5 years of work, the ADE97A107 element, which drives the mixer in the bucket, fell apart. I didn't want to order. I took off the dimensions, took it to the turner and milling machine, made it completely metal. If necessary, I can reset the drawing. Delivered while it works fine. I hope it won't fall apart.

I join. If it's not difficult of course, I recently disassembled this unit and found that the surface of the shaft with a ratchet has a very sad appearance (seizures and shells). Apparently the Chinese made these parts from some kind of waste

Friends, tell me, please, the vertical backlash at the pin on which the blade is installed, is this normal or not? HP 255, she is in her ninth year.
Waist
Man, not ok. There has never been a vertical backlash, because we remove the blade vertically and, in theory, the backlash would be noticeable.
Sonadora
Natalia, understandably. The trail from the scapula is already at the bottom of the bucket. I'll ask my husband to take it apart. We already have spare HP, but perhaps this one can still be restored.

If a trace appears at the bottom, then the axle has sagged and, accordingly, the blade sits lower. Ideally, the spatula should not scrape the bottom of the bucket.

The problem is in the bucket, look closely. The oil seal began to leak and the upper key collapsed, which holds the blade drive shaft.

Guys, who had problems with Panasik - bread does not rise and is not baked, did they somehow decide? And if so, how exactly? Did you hand over the stove for repair or did you manage to do something at home? Such problems also began, of course, I have not yet tested all the programs, but on those where I most often bake, the bread generally stopped rising and in the middle it was damp. I changed the yeast, it didn’t help ... but the stove was only six months old, and at first I couldn’t get enough of the bread
Wit
Lelik_R, what yeast did you change to what? Did you go to the same store to buy a replacement? I had such problems. I decided to replace yeast (repeated!) And flour. I experimented with the amount of water (more or less in the range of 240-260 ml.) I also checked the accuracy of the scales and the presence-absence of drafts. The problems are gone. Good luck to you!
Lelik_R
Wit, thanks for the hope, I really don't want to carry the stove to the service. I will experiment further, but I changed the yeast - there was a saf moment, I bought another company, I will not say the specific name now, but before the bread rose normally with them. The scales are accurate, checked repeatedly, drafts, perhaps, could be, the heating has already been turned off, the houses are no longer so warm.
And if the bread is damp and cracked on top, is it better to try to reduce the amount of liquid first?
Wit
To begin with, Olya, you need to experiment with the liquid. Load 400g loafs. flour. The flour can become damp. I also changed the flour. When sifting (mandatory!), The flour should not roll into balls. Watch the kolobok until the "lift" mode and don't open the lid again!

Scales are accurate, tested repeatedly

When and how? If the scales are battery-powered, the batteries could run out, and this greatly affects weighing.

What other catch can there be with weights :

The problem is in the bucket, take a closer look.
sazalexter, Alexander, autopsy HP 255 showed that it is necessary to change the oil seal and the brass bushing, the key is still in question. It remains to decide what to do better: buy only a new drive for the bucket or a new bucket with the drive (the bushing is not sold separately)? Will the new bucket then fit 2501 HP?
Waist
I have 2 HP Panasonic, 2 more from my sister and friends. So: these stamped buckets with a ready-made drive can be different: it can get caught super, or maybe the axis for the blade sits either low (the blade scrapes along the bottom) or high (often, even with a good bun, the blade grinds the pancake of dough underneath
The bucket of the very first HP was the best, I gave it to my sister, they scraped along the bottom.

Nine years old - you're in luck! My spatula began to scratch the coating of the bucket after 4.5 years. Maybe the metal is worse than it used to be. Here is what the disassembly of the bucket drive showed
A lock washer is burnt to the bronze bushing (there are no keys there), which should sit rigidly on the shaft and rotate with it. This washer "ate" part of the shaft and it sagged by a few millimeters, a backlash appeared and the blade began to touch the bottom of the bucket. At the same time, the bronze bushing, washers and oil seal are almost as new.
Now it remains to find out how much cheaper it is to grind a new shaft, where the lock washer and the shaft will be a single piece, or buy a bucket drive

Fox-11, for the first bread - perhaps size M, after the last kneading, smooth the dough, it will be more beautiful.
Second, is it rye? Also, after kneading, give the desired shape.
Make sure that there is no draft, the dough may settle.

You can try to unfold the bucket (marking the front, back), check it out of the blue.

With all questions, doubts, go to the main topic on HP Panasrnik

yeah first thought about a loose lid and a draft. Move the stove to another place and check tightness lids: the top is hotter in one place than in another. And quite sharply.

Do these simple things first.
The second such left thought: maybe the ten began to heat up unevenly. Run in service mode. Put the primitive muffin on the discard only on the baked goods and see the result.

Not enough information. You also need to see the cut of the bread, and in your version - a cut along the entire length of the loaf, in order to see the porosity in the low and high parts of the bread.

AND other options for reasons:

* scales: the battery has run out, for example, or switched to another unit of measurement (not grams, but maybe milliliters or ounces).
* flour has changed moisture due to the season.

For both breads, it is noticeable that there is little liquid or too much flour.
In the first: the dome was blown up, a lot of flour did not intervene. The gingerbread man of the required moisture "licks" everything. The dome looks like a bread clogged with flour and does not rise well. Next to unmixed flour, dark baked spots are not mixed.
In the second: about the same.

Check the scales and track the bun.

Maybe someone will come in handy ...
He took the foil from the chocolate and covered the dispenser.
In my opinion, it warms more evenly.

After working for 5 years, the HP bucket jammed, the bucket drive unit survived, due to the rapid disconnection of the HP from the network The stove itself is already 9 years old, so it was decided not to change the bucket, but after dismantling the blade drive, simply clean and lubricate the unit.
Instructions here https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=402685.0 I simply disassembled, removed the crackers from the stuffing box, washed it with hot water, then WD40 cleaned the rotation shaft, bronze-graphite bearing and washer-spacers, used high-temperature grease MOLYKOTE (R) HP-300 GREASE manufactured by Dow Corning for lubrication. The autopsy is very simple, two screwdrivers are enough, a cross and a flat thin one. Surprised (or rather not surprised), the decent condition of the oil seal, sleeve bearing and blade drive shaft, everything is whole, with little wear, according to estimates it will last as much

Greetings, friends, I specially registered on the site, since the Panasonic SD-ZB2502 had a problem yesterday, I realized by the sound of the kneading that there was a malfunction, the bread was not baked as a result. Weak sound was on kneading, I used program 08 for French bread. I don’t know, maybe there was a voltage drop in the network, yesterday in the courtyard the men at the transformer booth were doing something with some kind of wire, maybe because of them it turned out like this. Or maybe the electronic scales incorrectly measured the flour from me, in general it is not really clear to me what was the reason for the weak batch. Today I will try the oven again, but I'll put another program on, at 01. I'll see how it behaves.

Hello
I got a sd-zb2502 bread maker (used).
I decided to clean and lubricate before use.
I completely disassembled the bucket, removed the oil seal, greased it with Huskey lvi-50 food grade silicone grease.
The pallet came off easily, lubricated the wheel shaft sleeve.
In the pallet there were traces of the life of mustachioed insects.
QUESTION - how to remove the top covers, and the casing to disassemble completely? I unscrewed the screws from above, but the cover cannot be removed.
I wanted to insert a picture of the diagram, but did not understand how ... like for beginners, insert links from the site below
Waist

for today more about youtube don't forget. Dial "Panasonic Bread Maker", "Panasonic Bread Maker repair", and there it is clearly disassembled.
What if in yandex dial "disassemble the Panasonic bread machine", then there are also a bunch of Temoks with explanations in pictures.

there at the top on the latches. It must be very carefully pry on with a sharp object. There is such a thing in the video on YouTube

WaistThank you for your help, very valuable information.
Let me ask you another question:
I disassembled everything, cleaned it, greased it. I switched it on, and then it's a shame - the bucket is loose and dangles when the shaft rotates. (did not include before disassembly)
Press down a little with your finger, the backlash disappears, it rotates well.
The strange thing is that everything looks almost new, they did not use it, but the bucket is inserted very easily, without tension and fixation.
In this case, the antennae do not reach the end of the slot when turning. Can the slope be sharpened with a file?
There are similar problems on YouTube, they advised to "strengthen" the spring between the bucket and the bread maker by adding 1.5 turns.
I don't have any spring, I didn't find it on the diagram either.
Please tell me how to eliminate backlash
