I never make the dough cool. In the morning, she kneaded the dough for garlic dumplings for me, and after lunch, when she was kneading the dough on the dumplings, she heard idle revolutions, opened it - and there the teeth were in the dough, and the nozzle itself was spinning on the pin.

comb for rye dough.

Irina, Anna the rights - comb intended for kneading rye dough or mixed dough, where rye flour is 50% or more. It is attached only to ovens where there are programs "Rye" bread and dough. HP, in which there are no rye programs, do NOT have a scallop mixer in the set.
For simple wheat dough, use a simple paddle. For dough for dumplings, for dumplings, for wheat bread and other things, you need to use a simple spatula.

Good day. The other day I bought a Panas 2512 assembly of course China, and so with fixing the bucket is also a problem ... the poor dangles when kneading back and forth. And I turned it over and pressed it 180 degrees, and with effort tried to fix it in the grooves ... the dead number. the bucket is not fixed and dangles even on the main fast one ... I do not know to change or? It bakes, raises, kneads perfectly, but this backlash and rumble spoils everything. Yes, and aluminum dust appears from the friction of the bucket to and fro. I think it's a marriage. Since with such a backlash, it will break the landing nest. Who will tell you what? Thinking about laying)))) or zdach ???
KatIrina
Good day! Please tell me what the problem is. The bread maker does not turn on, the display does not show any information, pressing the keys does not give any result. Before going out of order, she baked normal bread and quietly turned off the scoreboard, without signaling the readiness.

A new shaft for the drive of a shovel for a bread machine costs 2870 rubles.
The retaining ring can be searched. I have already lubricated the shaft with OKS 1110 silicone grease. Before pouring the flour, I rotate the spatula shaft to make sure it turns easily.

Now you can buy the trays on Aliexpress. They are there, as a rule, are sold in pairs, you can choose which ones you need.

At the moment, the assembly of the bucket drive assembly costs 2061 rubles. 🔗
Yesterday I disassembled the HP to replace the grease. The bucket drive shaft was already rotating with great difficulty. It turned out that the old grease coked together with flour, in the gland gap to a solid state. I washed the silicone oil seal with drinking alcohol. Used grease Huskey HVS-100, tube 85 g., With food grade H1.
It turned out to be the most profitable in terms of gram / rub. It also has the thickest consistency and the highest operating temperature. It is universal and can be used in various household appliances (coffee machines, washing / dishwashers, meat grinders, etc.), in plumbing, in a car, etc.
OKS 1110 up to +200 C
Molykote HP-870 up to +250 C
EFELE SG-394 up to +260 C
Huskey HVS-100 up to +288 C
Panasonic Bread Makers Problems and BreakdownsPanasonic Bread Makers Problems and Breakdowns
Conclusions. After changing the lubricant, the batch is smooth. The rumble of the bucket has become less. Immediately after baking, while still hot, the blade drive rotates just like a cold one, with the same force. He spared no grease, greased the shaft and plastic washers. After baking, I did not find any smudges.
The lock washer can be replaced with a close to the original one, such as DIN 471, or with a more convenient one for installation and removal, such as DIN 7699. They are sold in hardware stores and come in both stainless steel and ordinary spring steel. Parameters: landing diameter - 7 mm, thickness - 0.8 mm. I put myself a lock washer, type DIN 7699, from an old Soviet tape recorder

I have already figured out the spatula, ordered it at the service center, came, everything fit.
On Saturday I paid for the blade rotation unit for 2200. They said it would come in 10-14 days.
I will take the HP, they will collect it and check it. A month of guarantees is given.

Fotiniya_od,

yadi.sk/d/Rc1tI_PnSiXh3g- here is a diagram for 2502, I think it will work for 2500.
Check the resistance of the heating element - 25-30 Ohm.
Resistance between red and blue wire - for the electric motor 320-340 Ohm.
Fuse at the motor inside the housing.
If all resistances are normal, run the test mode.

Good day to everyone! Has anyone changed the oil seal in the bucket drive? Share your experience! I would like to know its outer diameter and height. I found an office that sells not expensive different silicone oil seals for HP, including no-name. BUT going back and forth is very far and long. I tried to pull the oil seal out of the sleeve, but it was so stuck to the walls that it did not come off. I was afraid to damage and did not risk it.

Well, my husband cleaned the drive of my bread machine's bucket. When choosing a lubricant, I was guided by the review from Yuri-CrenDel and settled on Huskey HVS-100 lubricant. I found this lubricant in the Exist auto parts store. ru in packaging of 3g. There my husband ordered. Our nearest branch works disgustingly, but it is within walking distance. Therefore, we ordered and waited for delivery. The other day they brought her and we took her away. Today my husband decided to take up the bucket. When disassembled and cleaned, they raked in just such a bunch of things:

White pieces are old grease.

Anna, how old is the stove?
Anchic
6 years approximately. I bought it just in August.I hardly bake in it, the main thing is dough.
Mandraik Ludmila
What a horror, I have three years, now I think my husband can strain on the subject of prevention
Andreevna
Anya, well, wow harvest. Now I'm thinking how much garbage has accumulated in my 14-year-old woman. Tell me, is 3g of this lubricant enough or should I take more?
Anchic
Alexandra, we have about half left.
The fact is that from time to time my shaft began to wedge slightly - for turning it was necessary to apply an effort. And the same kind of particles fell from below - there are 4 small rectangular holes, and black pieces fell out of them.
Andreevna
Thank you, Anya Nothing is pouring out of me yet, but the impression is that the shaft is spinning harder. Perhaps I will do some preventive maintenance. I have 253rd and 257th (also not young). So for some reason I became more attached to the 253rd. Maybe because of the Italian regime, or maybe because she is in my dacha and now I live here most of the year. Tomorrow I will order in existential.
Anchic
Alexandra, the main thing is that the price of the issue is a penny, 133r for the lubricant. It was hard for my husband to pull out the shaft, knocked out neatly.
Andreevna
Ordered
Svetlenki
Anchic, Anya, could you show me the tools that are needed to do this prevention. I will have to try it myself to be fully armed, as they say
Anchic
Sveta, a Phillips screwdriver to remove the drive from the bucket. With a flat screwdriver, the husband removed the lock washer (he took two flat - narrow, mm 3, and wide, mm 5-6). With a hammer, it seemed, he carefully knocked out the shaft, because it was simply impossible to pull it out. I don't remember how I took out the structure from the oil seal with the shaft - with my hands or also knocked it out. We also cleaned the old grease with a minus screwdriver. Then he washed everything, wiped it dry with paper napkins and greased everything and everywhere abundantly: the hole for the shaft in the oil seal, then around the shaft under the washers. In short, he stuffed grease everywhere. And be careful - the lock washer loves to fly. There is also an O-ring and an annular spring, several washers. You can take pictures of what is there before each action, so that it will be easier to put it back together - you will know what was standing and where.
There is a video in the root, I can't insert it. Type in the search "Bread Maker Repair" Panasonic SD-2501 wst "oil seal replacement ..." by Natalex. See how he takes it apart.

Good report on prevention. The shaft can be pulled out by placing a block of wood underneath and pressing down on the drive housing from above. I do not recommend using a hammer and scraping something with a screwdriver. Shaft can be scratched and dents because it is made of rather soft stainless steel. It is easier to clean the shaft with kerosene, B-20 gasoline or alcohol, and then soak it in warm water.
Svetlenki
CrenDel, Anchic, thank you very much for the tips and nuances. I will try!

Anchic, Anya, did you notice the difference in the operating noise after cleaning?
Anchic
Sveta, well, before the prophylaxis, the stove also worked quietly. I was kneading the leaven in a bucket last night. I do this with a silicone spatula with my hands, since the sourdough is 100% rye, just moisten the flour with water. Yes, and it is not enough at all. And I have to move the bucket mixer when mixing. The hand was already waiting for resistance when shifting, but here it moved so softly and easily. And before that, at times, the shaft did not want to turn at all. That is, I felt the difference.

Hello forum users. I have a Panasonic 2512 bread maker, everything was fine, and recently the bread stopped rising, it began to turn out low, heavy and the crust on one side is torn, even the smell of bread is completely different. I didn't change the recipe. I sinned for yeast, changed it, then for flour, also changed it. What could be the reason?

Hello, dear forum users. Please tell me. HP Panasonic 2501. After a long period of use (about 5 years), like many others, HP started making bricks. HP was put in the closet for a long time. Now they decided to return her to the kitchen again. We tried to change the ingredients, replaced the capacitor twice (for CBB60), to no avail… .. some bricks. We tried the advice of applying a cold object to the thermal sensor before loading the bucket. The relay clicked several times, I understand that the heating element turned on, then at different stages the heating element periodically turned on. The bread rose as before. It's a real miracle !!! Now the actual question. Is this glitch with incorrect ambient temperature estimation - is it now forever? A crutch in the form of an artificial chill with each loading of the bucket is now the only way out? Or can the thermal sensor be replaced? (as far as I know, this ADA11E166 is suitable). Thank you
sazalexter
Ivan, you can replace the thermal sensor, this ADA11E166 fits

Hello everyone. Tell me what could be with the Panasonic sd-zb2502 bread maker. Kneading, let's raise everything is fine. As soon as baking begins, the net is cut down. Included in the surge protector, it is also cut down. I don't turn it on directly, I'm afraid the machine will knock it out. It feels like it's short somewhere. If I manage to turn it on within 10 minutes, then baking continues. But it can turn off like this a couple of times. Is the end of the tens probably coming?

It is necessary to connect something like that with a heating element through this filter, such as an electric kettle or a washing machine, then it will be possible to understand that the HP is working or ... The first time I connected the HP through a power filter, which I used for the refrigerator in the kitchen. The thermal overload of the filter, which is at 10A, worked with the start of baking. After that I connect the HP directly and everything is in order.
Andrey_72
Thank you. For some reason, I did not immediately think about the filter, although I worked according to this scheme for a long time. I changed it to another. Everything is fine.

Problem ... two identical HP Panasonic 2511 bakes differently! Recipe one, proven, sourdough from one can, mode 10 French. But in my HP, the bread turns out to be normal, evenly baked on all sides, and in the other there is no top crust at all - it feels like it was cut off! The side and bottom crusts are wonderful, the crumb is fine, but the top is not. Absolutely! Moreover, the same happens in other modes, on other recipes with yeast from the instructions for HP with strict adherence to the weight of the ingredients being laid. And rye with yeast according to the recipe from HP is generally just a brick in it! Tell me, is this a factory defect or what could be? HP has recently been in operation, the hostess baked in it a couple of times and that's it! So they took a try - they baked sourdough rye-wheat - so everything is fine, except for the top crust, which is not there! What to do?
