Sourdough sandwich bread

Ingredients

OPARA:
Wheat sourdough 100% 220 g
Water 125 ml.
Wheat flour 100 g
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
DOUGH:
Opara all
Butter 40 g
Water 125 ml.
Powdered milk 5 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Wheat flour 450 BC
Salt 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Bring the dough and put in a warm place for fermentation. As soon as the settling process begins, you can start mixing.
  • Knead the dough from the ingredients. Let it come up warm twice.
  • Form the bread (gently, without squeezing, so as not to release gas bubbles) and put in a greased form. Allow to distance for 60-90 minutes (2 times increase)
  • Bake with steam at 250 * C, 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 180 * C, remove the steam.
  • The total baking time is 45 minutes.

Note

Bread for sandwiches, it is preferable to bake in a "brick" shape, but I made it my own way and gave the bread the shape of a cake.))
