Almost Greek Salad

Ingredients

Fresh cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
Bulgarian pepper
Rucolla
Mix of lettuce leaves
Chees Feta
Olives / olives
Olive oil 3 parts
Balsamic vinegar 1 part
Freshly ground pepper (or a mixture of peppers) taste

Cooking method

  • We also call this salad "Hello, Greece!"
  • The ingredients do not have to be present all at once. Something may not be available. (In the photo, for example, salad without olives / olives). But Feta - MANDATORY! The quantity is also purely according to taste or needs.
  • All that needs to be washed is a must.
  • Cut the cucumber arbitrarily: half rings, quarters, large cubes.
  • Cut the cherry in half or in 4 pieces.
  • Pepper to clear from seeds and partitions and cut into large strips or cubes.
  • Feta cheese - 1 cm cube or just break it with your hands.
  • Pick the salad leaves coarsely.
  • The olives / olives can be left whole or cut into halves or even crush with your finger for even better taste.
  • Arrange all prepared ingredients on a dish in random order and pour over the dressing.
  • For dressing, mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar and freshly ground pepper.
  • Stir salad with dressing immediately before serving.
  • We usually serve such a salad with baked potatoes in a village style.
