Ingredients

Chicken fillet 600 g
Onion 2 pcs small
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger root 0.5 tbsp 250 ml
Apple vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Green onions 5-6 tbsp
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce 60 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the ginger into strips and soak in cold water. After 10 minutes, drain the water.
  • 2. Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry it on all sides in baking mode in vegetable oil. Putting it on a plate
  • 3. Cut the onion into half rings. Fry the onion, ginger and garlic squeezed through a garlic press. Minutes 5.
  • 4. Pour in soy sauce, vinegar and sugar and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • 5. Return the chicken to the bowl, stir, close the lid and stew program, pressure 3 - 10 minutes.

  • 7. Add finely chopped green onions.
