Cooking method

  • Solution: take out a couple of pots, throw a bay leaf, 3 peppercorns into each to the bottom, cut half a garlic clove there, and literally 1 cm of hot pepper without seeds.

  • We put the chicken pieces in pots (white meat is better downwards), do not fill them by more than 2/3, close them with lids and send them to the oven at 200 degrees, forgetting for half an hour (do not forget to turn on the timer).

  • Result: after half an hour, we take out our pots (just in case, we check the meat for readiness, otherwise you never know what), put the side dish on the plates, the fragrant meat on top and be sure to pour the fragrant chicken broth from the bottom of the pots. Enjoy a great dinner!
