Ingredients

Dough:
egg 1 PC
flour 3 st
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
salt pinch
water (boiling water) 1 st
Filling:
pork 500 g
spinach 200 g
Champignon 200 g
cheese 200 g
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
mustard 1 tsp
salt pepper taste
egg 1 PC
garlic 2 tooth
vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • First of all, we make the dough, because it should lie down and rest. Shake the egg with salt and vegetable oil, add the sifted flour and mix everything well. Then pour a glass of boiling water and knead the dough well, then put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  • Chop in dough
  • Recently I have been using such a dough for making manti, but in this recipe it had to be very useful.
  • While the dough is resting, prepare the meat and the rest of the filling. Cut the meat into small pieces and beat it well, it should be almost as thick as a sheet of paper, if it turns out to be thicker, then it will first need to be slightly fried, otherwise it may not bake. Salt the meat, pepper if desired, you can add any spices you like and sprinkle a little with wine vinegar.

  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into pieces, then fold in portions in a kitchen towel or paper towel and squeeze over the sink. Excess moisture will come out of them and during heat treatment they will be fried, not stewed.

  • Add chopped spinach and garlic a couple of minutes before the end of frying. Cool down.
  • Add grated cheese, egg, sour cream, mustard to the cooled filling, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix.

  • We take out the dough from the refrigerator and roll it out thinly, cut out a circle of the required diameter with a plate. Put a piece of meat on one half, with mushroom filling on it, cover with the other half and pinch the edges well. It turns out something similar to a cheburek.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chops over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
