Rye potato and carrot pancakes with lactic acid sourdough.

Ingredients

Leaven 2 st
Milk 1 st
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Eggs 3 pcs
Potatoes 5 pieces
Carrot 1 PC
Rye flour
Wheat flour
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Leaven - about 2 glasses.
  • Milk (warm) - 1 glass.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Mix everything well in a separate bowl. Leave.
  • Further, in another dish:
  • Eggs - 3 pcs. - lightly beat with salt (to taste, I threw about 2 teaspoons) and loved ones seasonings... Rub into this mass on a fine grater (small shavings):
  • Raw peeled potatoes - about 5 pieces (large).
  • Raw peeled carrots - 1 large piece.
  • We mix. Add flour. I did it \ "by eye \" to make it look like thick-thick-thick sour cream. Depends on the amount of vegetables, do not forget that we will add more sourdough.
  • Rye flour - about 3 tbsp. l. with a slide.
  • Wheat flour - about 9 tbsp. l. with a slide.
  • Mix well. Add the contents of the first dish (sourdough with milk). We mix. Can add:
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Leave on for 40 minutes. And then fry

Note

The fritters turn out to be peculiar. Sourish. With a pronounced rye flavor. The potatoes are also felt. And carrots give a cheerful golden color. This is my impromptu today. Delicious with vegetable salad (cucumbers-tomatoes), seasoned with sour cream. Try it. My husband appreciated it.
