Pancake with apple and sourdough cheese

Ingredients

chicken egg 2 pcs.
Cucumber pickle sourdough 3 tbsp. l.
Mineral water with gas 100 ml
premium wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1/2 tsp
ground black pepper 1/8 tsp
sweet and sour apples 1 PC.
bacon 25 gr.
Grated cheese (better hard) 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cooking the dough:
  • Beat the sourdough with 2 eggs, add 100 ml. carbonated mineral water, salt, pepper and flour enough to make a dough like for pancakes. Beat well again and leave on the table for 30 minutes.

  • Peel the apple, remove the core, cut it in half, and cut each half into thin slices. Lightly fry one half of the chopped apples in olive oil, no more than 3 minutes, put on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
  • Pancake with apple and sourdough cheese

  • Then pour the dough into a frying pan, preheated well and greased with olive oil, put finely chopped bacon and the second part of chopped apples on top. Fry the pancake over medium heat, then turn it over - the apples and bacon will be below. Pour the grated cheese on top, fry over medium heat until the cheese melts on top. Then, with cheese down, put the pancake on a plate with already fried apples.
