any stale bread 500 grams
milk 500-650 grams
egg 4 pieces
feta cheese or any other cheese 150 grams
smoked loin 150 grams

Cooking method

  • Cut the bread into small cubes.
  • Cut the loin into cubes and fry in our own fat.
  • Dice the onion.

  • Three cheese on a coarse grater.
  • Cut sausages with washers.
  • Drive eggs into half a liter of milk and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the milk-egg mixture over the bread and let stand for 1 hour.
  • After half an hour, we look and add milk if the bread has already absorbed it.
  • The mass should be wet, not dry.
  • After an hour, knead the bread, add feta cheese, loin, onion with fat and sausages.
  • Salt, add spices, mix well.
  • Grease the mold well, you can put baking paper.
  • Tamp it tightly into the mold.
  • Cover with foil and put in the oven for 1 hour.
  • Baking temperature 180 degrees. The oven is, of course, preheated.
  • We get it. Let stand for a while in the form, take out.
  • We serve warm, but also cold.
