  • In the fall, I always sing carrot juice to children and there is always cake. But I don't have a juicer. I press with a spoon through a sieve and therefore I have cake not dry... I really like to cook cheese cakes from it, cake according to Irish-Mikhaska's recipe or pudding according to this recipe.
  • I am sharing this recipe with you, I hope you like it. In addition, this is an opportunity to attach leftovers of wheat bread. You can also make pudding with finely grated carrots, which can either be squeezed out a little or the amount of yogurt can be reduced. And sometimes carrots are not juicy by themselves.
  • We cook everything from evening to morning.
  • This is a "Keep Pens Clean" recipe. We only need a blender with a knife. So, the first is bread, which we grind to crumbs.

  • Then the carrot cake is sent there. Beat everything well with a blender.
  • Then add cottage cheese, yogurt, sugar, vanillin and a pinch of salt. Beat everything well.

  • It is not dry, but not pasty either. Fat content 5%, but this is not necessary. Fat content can be any. We put the blender in the refrigerator overnight.
  • In the morning, preheat the oven to 160-170 degrees.
  • Transfer the pudding to silicone pudding molds. We apply plump. During the cooking process, the pudding will rise slightly, but then fall off. The norm is enough for exactly 6 pieces.

  • We put in a tray and fill it with 2/3 of the molds with water. Lubricate the top with sour cream or (like me) condensed milk. We bake for 30 minutes.

  • Serve with berries and candied fruits. You can sprinkle with icing sugar or pour over condensed milk. Decorate with sweets and mint.
